Job summary

ASIA GRAND PTE. LTD. is seeking a bar/ beverage role on the High Street in the United Kingdom. The role involves preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the company’s standards, assisting in daily bar operations, and ensuring clean and orderly bar setup.

You will handle fruit cutting, dessert orders, inventory restocking, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety procedures. Experience in a fast-paced bar environment is advantageous.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to standard.
• Assist in day-to-day bar operations including setup and closing.
• Maintain glassware and bar equipment in good condition.
• Prepare and manage all dessert orders from serving staff.
• Cutting and preparation of fruits.
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
• Arrange beverages by FIFO (FIRST IN FIRST OUT) by dates.
• Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Adhere to company’s standard operating procedures.
• Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Overview:

In charge of all beverage and dessert making and preparation, and cutting of fruit for daily operation

Responsibilities and Duties:

• To prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistently with company’s beverage standard.
• Assist manager in the efficient running of the day-to-day operation including set up and closing of the bar counter.
• Maintain bottles & glasses in a functional manner to support efficient drink preparation and promotion of beverage.
• Prepare and manage all dessert orders from serving staff
• Cutting and preparation of fruits
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the glasses, utensils, bar equipment & station.
• Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons accurately & promptly.
• Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies.
