Job summary

Marston’s is seeking a Bartender to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of the pub, taking orders, serving and creating memorable guest experiences in a lively, customer-focused environment.

Whether you’re new or experienced, you’ll receive training and have opportunities to progress across our pubs and support centres. We offer flexibility with part-time hours and genuine employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 to serve alcohol.
• No prior hospitality experience required; training provided.
• Be ready to work as part of a friendly pub team.

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.

As part of our Bar and Waiting team you’ll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
