Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Bartender to join our pub team in the United Kingdom. You’ll be at the heart of the bar, taking orders, serving drinks, and upselling food and beverages while delivering friendly, memorable service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a plus.
• Must be over 18 to serve alcohol as per legislation.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our pubs, creating a welcoming atmosphere and serving customers.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and upsell where possible.
• Provide excellent customer service and be supportive to the wider team.
• Develop people, marketing and operational skills while getting paid.

We’re on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol.
