Big Mamma is an Italian group founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger. Our wish is to share the authenticity and warmth of traditional Italian trattorias abroad.

All produce is directly sourced from small Italian producers, and dishes are 100% homemade, served at affordable prices, beautifully designed spaces, and with a big smile. Our strength lies in four values: meritocracy, authenticity, excellence, and entrepreneurship.

Every day, more than 10,000 customers visit 26 unique Big Mamma restaurants throughout Europe (France, Principality of Monaco, Spain, UK, Germany and Italy) and soon on the Moon!

We are a team of almost 2,200 employees, still growing, with new openings across Europe.

Gloria is a little corner of Italy over 2 floors in the middle of Shoreditch, run by a team of 90 passionate people. Joyful and lush by day, the place gets funky at night! Open with 170 covers every day for lunch and dinner and weekend brunch.
