Overview

The right candidate is an experienced bartender who appreciates small details, takes pride in doing the right thing, and enjoys sharing knowledge with guests.

The role is to manage the bar during your shift, creating cocktails, serving wines, organising prep, polishing glasses, and making well‑informed recommendations to guests at the bar to ensure they have a memorable experience. The role includes opening and closing the bar to the highest standards.

Salary: £15.50+ per hour, built from a basic £12.21 + tronc. Full‑time: from 35 hours per week.
