ENDO Chelsea is seeking a passionate Bartender to join the intimate MOGA opening. You’ll craft drinks for the ENDO omakase experience, delivering quiet, attentive hospitality in a tiny, exceptional setting.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender is preferred; eagerness to learn matters most.
• Strong hospitality skills and ability to work with a small team.
• Interest in Japanese drinks culture and sake/whisky is a plus.

Bartender – MOGA & ENDO Chelsea

At ENDO Chelsea, there are only ten seats. Every guest sits in front of Chef Kazutoshi Endo as he cooks, sharing the food, craftsmanship and spirit of Japan in his own way. It’s an intimate room where every detail matters, and every person on the team is part of the experience.

We’re looking for a Bartender to join our small, close-knit team as part of the MOGA opening, and to create drinks for the ENDO omakase experience.

Who you are

• Someone who genuinely values connection with your team, because in a space this small we rely on each other completely
• Respectful, warm and calm, with the guests, with the craft, and with the people you work alongside
• Curious about Japanese drinks culture, from sake and Japanese whisky to tea and thoughtful pairings (experience is a plus, eagerness to learn matters more)
• Precise and proud of your work, with high standards and attention to detail
• Excited to be part of an opening team and to help shape something special from day one

What you’ll do

• Work behind the bar at MOGA, opening at the beginning of December
• Prepare and serve drinks for the ENDO omakase dining experience, complementing each course
• Look after guests with quiet, attentive hospitality
• Keep the bar immaculate and organised
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience
