Job summary

State of Play Hospitality is hiring Bartenders to deliver a high-energy, guest-focused experience in our Bounce venues. You’ll ensure accurate orders, help guests enjoy the show, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere throughout every shift.

Pay starts from £12.71 per hour base plus an estimated service charge of £1.29–£3.79 per hour, with flexible pay options through Wagestream and a generous holiday allowance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere.
• Ensure accurate food and beverage orders are received and delivered properly.
• Be readily available throughout the guest experience to help when needed.
• Leverage product knowledge to create an above-average experience and be the show’s ringleader each shift.

Overview of Role

Bartenders are responsible for delivering each guest a unique high-quality experience with passion and knowledge in an energetic atmosphere. They ensure accurate orders of food and beverage are received and delivered properly while being readily available throughout the experience. Bartenders provide a practical role of ensuring our guests have an excellent time and want for nothing is a vital aspect of our service performance. Our emphasis on product knowledge is essential to deliver an experience above the ordinary. Together our team members work to create an atmosphere of fun in a positive culture of teamwork and hard work.
