Ardent Pub Group is seeking a passionate Bartender for The Cadogan Arms in London. You will deliver exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences with flair, thriving in a high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant environment and showcasing knowledge of beers, whisky, and cocktails.

The ideal candidate will have previous bartender experience, a proactive attitude, and a passion for beverages, hospitality, and career growth within an award-winning pub group.

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced pub/restaurant.
• Hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Creativity and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences with personality and flair in a high-volume pub environment.
• Bring knowledge of beers, whisky, and cocktails to craft drinks that delight guests.
• Maintain bar operations with speed and accuracy during busy shifts.
• Collaborate with team to ensure outstanding guest service and quality standards.
• Typical week may include 5 days with mixed shifts; shifts vary with business needs.

The Position

We’re looking for a passionate Bartender to join our team at The Cadogan Arms, delivering exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences with personality and flair. You’ll thrive in a high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant environment, bringing knowledge of beers, whisky, and cocktails.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced, quality pub, bar, or restaurant
• A hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Creativity and exceptional attention to detail
• Passion for beverages, food, and hospitality, with a desire to learn and grow
• Ambition to develop your career within an award-winning pub group

A typical working week may look like 5 working days, including 3 single shifts and 2 double shifts. As with most roles in hospitality, shift patterns may vary depending on business needs.
