Job summary

Simmons Bars in London is hiring a Bartender to elevate the party experience for guests and keep our venues buzzing into the late hours.

No previous bartending experience is required; you will be trained over six weeks. Earn £12.75 per hour plus tips, enjoy a 50% staff discount, and join a team with strong progression opportunities and fun incentives.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Follow Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Contribute to a lively and vibrant bar atmosphere.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth operation, including stock handling and glass washing.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all guests.
• Process payments on tills.
• Demonstrate The Simmons Way daily.

Who We Are

We're well known for being the best bar group in London (and probably the world). A late night cocktail party bar offering you the perfect place for after work drinks or a cheeky dance into the early hours. We're located in lots of different places across London, we can be hired out for private parties and we have a notoriously eclectic musical taste; ranging from hip-hop, to disco, to funk, to 80's, to 90's to classic party bangers!

About You

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in elevating the party experience for our guests and making sure they come back time and time again! Previous bartending experience isn't necessary, we will train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Following Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience for everyone who comes on.
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
• Maintaining clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
• Processing correct payments on the tills.
• Demonstrate The Simmons Way, every single day.
