Job summary

Simmons Bar in London is seeking a Bartender to elevate the party experience for guests and encourage them to return. You’ll join a late-night cocktail bar known for eclectic music and a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

No prior bartending experience is required—we’ll train you and get you up to scratch within 6 weeks. The role offers competitive hourly pay (£12.75) plus tips, a 50% staff discount, and clear progression opportunities within a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Simmons cocktails and beverages to spec (recipes).
• Follow Simmons' Steps of Service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Contribute to the lively and vibrant atmosphere of our bars.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation, including stock handling, collecting and washing glasses.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone in the venue.
• Process correct payments on the tills.
• Demonstrate The Simmons Way, every single day.

About you:
