We are looking for a Bartender to join our team on a full-time basis.

This position reports to the Bar Supervisor and Bar Manager.

Working pattern: shift work / flexible hours / 02:00pm to 10:30pm / 4:00pm to close

We are seeking someone with previous bar experience as a Bartender, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail who enjoys delivering personalized service to guests.

As a Bartender, your responsibilities will include:

• Creating cocktails and drinks while delivering high levels of service
• Ensuring the bar area and tables are set to the correct standards and remain clean
• Working across all areas of the bar
• Preparing cocktails, drinks, and food service
• Demonstrating strong menu knowledge and making recommendations
