The Role

As a Bartender, you'll be the highlight of our guests' experience, creating unforgettable moments! You'll operate the bar like the back of your hand, ensuring the highest level of service.

Responsibilities include:

• Pour and assist guests with beverage selections and provide recommendations, including upsells.
• Maintain the Bar by ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and the proper arrangement of glassware and bar tools.
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity and precision.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a bartender.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering a great service.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change.
