Are you a people person who loves creating memorable moments and making others feel truly welcome? Ragdale Hall Spa is seeking a confident, sociable, and warm-hearted Bartender / Host to join our elegant Twilight Bar team. Located within our luxurious spa retreat in Leicestershire countryside, the Twilight Bar is where guests unwind after a day of pampering.

As the first friendly face guests see in the evening, you’ll set the tone for their experience—welcoming them, seating them comfortably, and ensuring their visit is exceptional. Whether taking orders on an iPad, serving drinks, or engaging in friendly conversation, your role is to deliver outstanding service with a personal touch.

Main Duties (Full Training Provided):

• Greeting guests and showing them to their tables.
• Taking drinks orders using an iPad and serving with care.
• Engaging with guests to ensure they are happy and relaxed.
• Creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere.
• Working with a supportive team to deliver a five-star experience.

Requirements & Skills:

• Friendly and approachable manner.
• Positive attitude and desire to deliver excellent service.
• Attention to detail and high standards.
• No experience required; full training provided.

Hours of Work:

• Zero-hour contract
• Must be available to work past September 2025

Salary:

• Age 18-20: £10.05/hour
• Age 21+: £12.26/hour

Note: All applicants must be over 18, as you will serve alcohol.
