Boxcar Fire & Wineis a bold new concept built around open fire cooking, seasonal ingredients, alongside a wine and cocktaillist designed to delight. Guests will dine at the bar, so this is a true front-row bartender role.

What we’re looking for in our Bartender:

• Proven bartender experience in quality restaurants or wine-led venues.
• Confident recommending and serving wine, with strong product knowledge.
• Skilled in classic cocktails and comfortable pouring and presenting draft beers.
• Capable of delivering full dining service from behind the bar.
• Warm, elegant, and engaging with guests.
• A calm, collaborative presence on a busy shift
