Job summary

Simmons Bar in London is seeking a friendly Simmons Host to ensure guests receive an outstanding start from the moment they approach our venue. You will help manage the guest experience, answer enquiries and support the team in delivering a vibrant service atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest reception and delivering warm hospitality.
• Strong communication and guest enquiry handling.
• Ability to keep tables clean and set up for arrivals.
• Proactive reporting of no-shows and maximising sales.

Responsibilities

• Providing all guests with a warm and professional welcome during the checking-in process.
• Assisting with all guest enquiries.
• Ensuring tables are properly clean and set up prior to their booking arrivals.
• Managing and reporting any no shows to the management team and ensure we maximise sales where possible.
• Complete all reasonable requests from line managers.

About you:
