About the Role

We are seeking an experienced bartender to join our bar team. As a bartender, you will prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests at the bar or in the restaurant. You will be assigned to one of our bars, primarily working there with opportunities to support other outlets within our Liverpool Street store. Your role is to deliver friendly, knowledgeable, cheerful, attentive, and timely service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Eataly London features 6 distinct bars, each with its own personality.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to recipes or customer preferences.
• Ensuring drinks are accurately measured, well-mixed, and presented properly, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Keeping the bar area clean and organized.
• Monitoring and managing bar inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
• Providing excellent customer service.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience as a professional bartender in a cocktail bar, restaurant, or hotel.
• A positive, friendly attitude.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Flexibility to support multiple teams and work various shifts.
• Availability to work flexibly between 9am and 11.30pm, with no set shifts or days off.
• Minimum of 30 hours per week availability.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Fluent in English.
