Job summary

The Broadcaster in White City is seeking a energetic Bartender to join a four-floor venue known for warm hospitality, great drinks, and memorable experiences. You’ll craft pints, cocktails, wines and coffee and thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple floors and events.

Ideal candidates bring bartending experience and a passion for service, with strong teamwork and a calm, accurate approach under pressure. We offer staff meals, incentives, and growth opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience.
• Experience in multi-floor or events-led venues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft and serve a wide range of drinks for guests at the bar.
• Welcome and engage with guests, making recommendations and creating a positive atmosphere.
• Support service in dining areas or at events as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
• Rotate stock, manage kegs and track wastage accurately.
• Keep the bar clean, organised and well-stocked, following opening and closing procedures.

What you’ll be doing

As a Bartender at The Broadcaster, you’ll:

• Craft and serve a wide range of drinks, from pints and cocktails to wines, spirits, and hot drinks.

• Welcome and engage with guests at the bar, making recommendations and creating a positive atmosphere.

• Adapt to the day’s needs whether that’s supporting service in our dining room, keeping the rooftop buzzing, or helping deliver one of our many events.

• Rotate stock, change kegs safely, and record wastage accurately.

• Keep the bar clean, organised, and well-stocked, following opening and closing procedures.
