Job summary

Drake And Morgan in City of London is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our fast-paced team. You will craft cocktails and beverages to a high standard, deliver friendly service and help create memorable guest experiences in a lively hospitality environment.

This full-time role offers £12.9–£15 hourly with an immediate start. We value enthusiasm for hospitality and strong customer service in a busy bar, where teamwork and excellent knowledge of the drinks menu are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or bartending.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and other beverages to a high standard.
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive service to all guests.
• Maintain knowledge of the drinks menu and make recommendations.
• Follow cocktail recipes, presentation standards and responsible alcohol service procedures.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and hygiene behind the bar.
• Assist with bar preparation, stock rotation, replenishment and closing duties.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Work effectively as part of a busy bar team.
• Support senior team members during busy service periods.
• Follow all health, safety and licensing procedures.
• Contribute to creating a positive and memorable guest experience.
