Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Delivering exceptional guest service at the bar and restaurant service stations.
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock control of the bar.
• Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth bar operations during service.
• Engaging with guests and making informed recommendations.

Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Bartender to join our flagship restaurant, elevating the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000 sq ft rooftop venue at 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000 sq ft outdoor terrace with sweeping views of the City.

As a Bartender, you will act as an ambassador for our exceptional beverage program and guest experience. Your passion, personality, and precision will create memorable moments for every guest, delivering outstanding cocktails and service in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Include

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages to brand standards
• Delivering exceptional guest service at the bar and restaurant service stations
• Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and stock control of the bar
• Managing mise en place and ensuring smooth bar operations during service
• Engaging with guests and making informed recommendations
• Handling payments and cashing up responsibly
• Supporting the wider front-of-house team to ensure seamless guest experience

As a Bartender, We Would Love You To Have

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, quality cocktail or restaurant bar
• Strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques
• Impeccable attention to detail and presentation
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Strong English communication skills with a willingness to learn
