Job summary

The Hoxton in Edinburgh is seeking a friendly, guest-focused bartender to join our vibrant team. You will craft seasonal cocktails, maintain a high-energy bar, and create an inviting atmosphere for guests winding down after the day.

You’ll know the menus inside out, support the F&B team, and bring a positive, can-do attitude to a fast-paced hospitality setting. Training and development are provided to help you grow with the brand.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience and basic drinks knowledge.
• Excellent people skills and ability to create a relaxed atmosphere.
• Willingness to lend a hand to the F&B team and handle fast-paced service.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and learning new products and services.

Responsibilities

• Know your product and systems inside out.
• Make drinks from seasonal menus and masterful cocktails.
• Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
