Pretty much in the centre of Scotland, we’re set in a 900acre estate in stunning Perthshire. Home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, six restaurants and over 60 onsite activities– there really is something for everyone!

About the role

We’re looking for enthusiastic Bartenders to join our team. You’ll mix drinks, chat with guests, and create a welcoming atmosphere. Whether crafting cocktails, pulling pints, or recommending the perfect whisky, you’ll make sure every drink is served with style and a smile.

We've recently opened a brand new restaurant, bar and speakeasy which offers a range of cocktails, mocktails and beverages to our guests. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new team and work across the four bars in Crieff Hydro.

Please note that due to the responsibilities of this role, successful candidates must be aged 18 or over.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally, you'll have bartending and/or barista experience, though training will be given.

• A passion for great drinks and great service.

• Friendly, engaging, and happy to chat with guests.

• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

• Some bar experience would be great, but we can teach the rest.
