Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, carefully mixing cocktails and pouring drinks for our Guests. They ensure that our Guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. Dedicated to serving perfect drinks every time, they also excel at building relationships through conversation and situational serving. What does a successful Bartender look like?

• Maintains composure in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Builds relationships with regulars by knowing their names and chatting about sports
• Makes drinks to Boston Pizza standards
• Champions the "Foundations of Hospitality," Boston Pizza's Brand Standards, and Food Safety
• Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to ensure quick drink service
