Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of bartending experience required.
• Enthusiasm for bartending is essential.
• Ability to work confidently in a high-end environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage beverage stocks including ordering and controlling.
• Administer stock-related tasks like invoice collation.

We are currently recruiting Experienced Bartenders to join our team at the new venue - Six by Nico Bristol, opening February 2025!

The role

We seek enthusiastic, experienced Bartenders with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and wines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge
• Supporting, training, and role modeling for new team members
• Serving drinks and food orders according to standards and timings
• Managing beverage stocks: ordering, receiving, storing, controlling, and stocktaking
• Administering stock-related tasks: invoice collation, price checking, data entry

Preferred requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of bartending experience
• Enthusiasm for bartending
• Confidence in a busy, high-end environment
