Job summary

Marston's PLC is seeking a Bartender in Brackley to join our vibrant pubs team. You must be over 18 to serve alcohol. Whether you are new to hospitality or an experienced pro, you’ll be at the heart of our pubs, shaping memorable guest experiences.

You’ll take orders, upsell, and deliver excellent customer service while collaborating with colleagues. The role offers progression and a casual, friendly atmosphere with opportunities for development.

We're on the lookout for a new Bartender to join our team! Applicants must be over 18 to adhere to legislation around serving alcohol. New to hospitality? You won't be for long! Make a name for yourself in one of our pubs. Our Bartenders are at the heart of it all, right where the magic happens. It's not just a shift on the bar. It's mastering the best pint. It's about creating those happy, memorable moments that leaves our guests coming back for more. Whether you're an expert now or you're just starting out, we're here to help you become your absolute best. As part of our Bar and Waiting team you'll: Be the face of our pubs creating and maintaining a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.

• Be responsible for taking orders, serving and upselling our fantastic food and drinks
• Be passionate about providing brilliant customer service
