Job summary

Six by Nico in Birmingham is hiring an Experienced Bartender to join our busy high-end bar and restaurant. You should have a passion for cocktails, spirits and wines, with 6 months to 1 year of experience and a confident, customer-focused approach.

Standards and service are extended across our Cycle of Service, with opportunities for progression and staff development. This role is based at 81 Colmore Row, Birmingham, and includes shifts with service charge.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year bartending experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wines.
• Ability to work in a busy high-end environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain skills and product knowledge.
• Train and guide new team members.
• Serve drinks and food according to service standards and timings.
• Order, receive, store, and count beverage stocks.
• Process invoices and data entry related to stock.

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Bartender to join the team at Six by Nico.

The role

We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Bartenders to join us. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate Bartender, with sound knowledge of cocktails, spirits and Wines

Key responsibilities

• Maintaining skills and product knowledge,
• Supporting, training and acting as a role model to new members of the team
• Service of all drink and food orders in the public bars according to the Cycle of Service standards and timings
• Ordering, receiving, storing, controlling and counting of all Beverage stocks for Bar and Restaurant.
• Administration of all stocks including, invoice collation, price checking and data entry of stock.

Preferred Requirements

• At least 6 months -1 year previous experience in Bartending
• Enthusiasm for all things Bartending
• Be confident in a busy, high end environment.
