Job summary

The Ivy Belfast is seeking a charismatic bartender to join our lively, all-day dining team in the heart of Belfast. You will welcome guests, take drink orders, craft and serve exquisite cocktails, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Experience in bartending preferred but not required.

Key elements of your role as Bartender will include welcoming customers, taking drinks orders, making recommendations, preparing, and serving exquisite drinks. You’re confident handling financial transactions, supervising barbacks and keeping abreast of all drink legislation, food safety and hygiene best practices.
