We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bars & Cafe Strategic Project Manager with a proven track record in successfully delivering significant increases in bar income and improving customer experience.

Key improvements are essential to driving the organisation's commercial revenue streams including a refit of the Assembly Hall Bar, improvements to the cinema concession stand and the installation of a Museum cafe. All of which will support WTM to achieve its charitable objectives and the long term financial sustainability of the charity.
The postholder will be an excellent communicator and detailed planner, with the ability to work at pace on multiple projects without compromising quality or compliance. They will need to develop strong working relationships within the team as well as with all key stakeholders.
This post will be for an initial 8-12 month term with the potential to extend depending on the projected timelines for achieving the specific aims of the projects below:
Fixed Term Contract 8-12 months (due to limited funding, with potential to become permanent), 15-22 hours per week.
