Staycity is seeking an F&B Manager for our 124 key Aparthotel in East London. This unique Staycity property features multiple food and drink outlets, including a rooftop bar, event space, as well as a brewery and gin distillery.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role (hotel experience not mandatory)
• Experience managing an F&B team (including BOH)
• Proficiency in F&B Systems (POS, Inventory Management)
• Experience planning and managing small events
• Knowledge of menu costing for budgeting

What You Can Do For Us:

• Oversee daily operations of bar, dining, event space, and rooftop bar
• Collaborate with the F&B development team to maximize revenue and profitability
• Maintain relationships with third-party partners (brewery & events)
• Lead and manage the F&B team and direct reports
• Develop external trade for food, drink, and events
• Implement event strategies to increase footfall and revenue
• Ensure all events are costed and meet margin targets
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Recruit, train, and develop team members
• Conduct performance reviews aligned with company values
• Work with the development team on menu and offer insights
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally
• Understand financial performance and identify growth opportunities
• Manage inventory to maximize profit and reduce waste
• Communicate F&B performance and plans within wider property team
