Job Role: Barre Instructor

Location: North London locations - Winchmore Hill and Cockfosters

Salary: Up to £35 per session (Mornings, evenings, and weekends)

About Us: 4 The Love of Barre is rapidly growing, and we are now looking for barre instructors to join our team! As a Barre Instructor, your passion for group exercise will inspire our members to “Empower their inner you” while delivering fun and dynamic class sequences.

Responsibilities include:

• Session instructing and room setup
• Lead Barre sessions for up to 20 participants
• Have a high level of knowledge of all movements and poses, along with breath techniques and stretches for injury prevention
• Perform and demonstrate full barre sequences and guide participants in achieving correct form and alignment
• Maintain safety standards by following the company's regulations
• Achieve targets related to class occupancy and member feedback

Qualifications required:

• Qualified Pilates or ETM Instructor
• Own public liability insurance of at least £2 million
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
