Arc is hiring experienced Baristas to join our team for the Hay Festival 2025 – an eleven-day celebration of books, music, comedy, culture, and good vibes in the heart of the Brecon Beacons.

If you’re confident using a coffee machine, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love the buzz of live events, we want you on our team!

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous Barista experience – in coffee shops, festivals, events, or hospitality venues
• Confidence serving hot/cold drinks and specialty beverages and working at speed
• Friendly, reliable, and a team player
• Must be 18+ with the right to work in the UK
• A positive attitude and great customer service skills

Previous experience at large-scale events or outdoor festivals is a bonus!
