Salaries are based on OTE (On Target Earnings).

The Breakfast Club is looking for a talented and passionate Barista to join us.

The role and You:

We’re looking for a Barista who believes in the power of people and always believes that today is going to be a good day.

You will have a genuine passion for coffee making, as well as a natural ability to thrive in a busy environment, and always ensure that all guests leave having had the best of times.

We want you to help your Managers and colleagues generate a culture of loyalty, positivity, and opportunity, whilst recognizing the positive impact you can have on someone's day.

Compensation: Advertised based on – Lowest range (Age 20 and under) £10 + Average Tronc per hour & Highest range (Age 21 and over) £12.21 + Average Tronc per hour.
