JOB TITLE: Barista Trainer

REPORTING TO: Our Brand & Training Manager, Tim

LOCATION: As this is a training role, you will be expected to work throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland, however our main office is based in Lisburn (137 Old Hillsborough Road, Lisburn) *Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work*

JOB TYPE: Full Time, Permanent

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday

SALARY: £27,135

Johnsons Coffee is an award winning fifth generation family business with over 100 years of experience in roasting great coffee. While quality roasting and premium machinery are essential, it's the barista—pulling shots and perfecting each drink—who truly brings the cup to life. That’s why we proudly provide expert barista training to our customers, ensuring every cup reflects our passion for coffee.

The Role Responsibilities

• Training our customers staff in espresso technique, filter brewing, machine operation and cleaning.
• Audit outlets to ensure that training programmes are up to date and effective.
• You will be flexible, motivated and dedicated to improving the coffee service of our customers.
• Ensure that at least 3 training sessions are booked per day with our customers
• Working closely with our Sales Team to ensure that they are up to date on the coffee trends, techniques and seasonal menu offers
  
  

Required Skills

• If you are a coffee lover and have experience either as a barista trainer or with coffee then we want to hear from you
• A passion for coffee and the industry is what we are looking for in this role!
• Full Driving license
