About the role:

Starting pay of £12.00-13.00 per hour (dependent on the location of the store).

As a Costa Barista, you’ll craft coffee that provides uplifting moments for our customers, using sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk, topped with our signature art, and delivered with your signature smile.

Responsibilities include:

• Crafting great coffee that hits the sweet spot every time
• Serving customers with a smile to ensure their satisfaction and encourage repeat visits
• Learning about Costa products – teas, frappes, seasonal ranges, and more
• Maintaining health & safety and cleanliness standards across the store
• Having fun, learning, developing, and meeting great people
