Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company is hiring a barista at the Manchester Trafford Centre store. You’ll create handcrafted beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and help maintain a welcoming “third place” environment for customers and partners.

No previous experience is required; we welcome passionate individuals who enjoy making customers smile. Training is provided, and shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Cash handling and POS experience helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the store and assist with daily procedures.
• Handle cash and ensure accurate transactions.
• Support colleagues during high-volume periods.
• Deliver legendary customer service and build genuine connections.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace for customers and partners.
• Provide quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
