Key Responsibilities

1. Support store procedures including opening/closing, cash handling, and safety/security.
2. Assist during high volume periods to ensure smooth store operations.
3. Build relationships with customers by understanding their preferences.
4. Create a welcoming 'third place' environment during each shift.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service with a customer-first attitude.
6. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
7. Prepare and serve quality beverages and food in line with standards.

Working Hours

Hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, reflecting the store's operational needs.

Training and Development

All partners undertake an introductory training program led by in-store trainers, immersing you in Starbucks culture and preparing you for success. Training is on-the-job and supported by management.
