No previous experience is necessary to join our team as a barista; all we ask is your passion for bringing joy to our customers. Working at Starbucks is different from any other job. 1. Supporting store procedures like opening or closing, cash handling, and safety/security
2. Assisting during high volume periods to keep the store running smoothly
3. Getting to know your store environment and customers to anticipate their needs
4. Creating a welcoming third place environment during each shift
5. Delivering legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude and genuine connections
6. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace for customers and partners
7. Providing quality beverages, whole beans, and food products consistently, following our standards

Our stores may have varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
