Typical Daily Responsibilities

1. Supporting store procedures including opening or closing, cash handling, and safety/security
2. Assisting during high volume periods to ensure smooth store operations
3. Getting to know your store environment and customers to anticipate and meet their needs
4. Creating a welcoming 'third place' environment during each shift
5. Delivering legendary customer service with a customer-first attitude
6. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
7. Providing quality beverages, food, and products consistently according to standards

Working Hours

Hours may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, reflecting the store's needs.

Training and Development

All partners begin with an introductory training program led by in-store trainers and coaches, immersing you in Starbucks culture and setting you up for success. Training is on-the-job and supported by your manager.
