Caravan Southbank in London is seeking a Barista to join our opening team. You’ll uphold coffee standards, welcome guests, and contribute to day-to-day operations from launch. Work with the bar manager and full team to deliver a superb guest experience.

This November,we’re opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. And we’relooking for an exceptional Barista to help us open. We’re after someone kind,confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate specialty coffee. Someone whoknows how to support their team, loves to welcome & awe guests from thefirst impression, and who wants to share their passion with their team &guests.

You’ll be joiningCaravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars andplenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The role

As Barista you’llwork alongside the bar manager and full team to make sure the day-to-day coffeeoperation runs brilliantly. That means having equally high standards for health& safety, as hospitality, as culture, as drink quality. That means beingan ambassador for our award winning Caravan coffee, inspiring & educatingthe team around you and making sure every one of your guests has the bestexperience possible.

What you'll be doing as Barista

• Ensureour beverage, and certainly coffee standards are consistently delivered
• Sharing your knowledge and passion withthe full team and helping create the kind of hospitality people want to comeback for
• Following healthy & safety standards,allergen procedures and drink specs
• Working closely with the wider restaurantteam to give every guest the best experience possible
