Caravan Restaurants and Coffee Roasters is opening a new Southbank site and seeks an exceptional Bartender to join the opening team. This is a two-floor, multi-bar operation with plenty of room to make your mark from day one.

You’ll work alongside the Bar Manager to uphold high standards of hospitality, health and safety, and guest experience, while inspiring and educating the team. A clear path for progression awaits as Caravan grows.

This November, we’re opening our tenth, and biggest, Caravan at the Southbank. And we’re looking for an exceptional Bartender to help us open. We’re after someone kind, confident, high-energy and genuinely passionate about what they do. Someone who knows how to support their team, loves to welcome & awe guests from the first impression, and who's passionate about beverages and wants to share that passion with their team & guests.

You’ll be joining Caravan as we open a special new restaurant, with two floors, multiple bars and plenty of opportunity to make your mark from day one.

The role

As Bartender you’ll work alongside your Bar Manager and the management team to make sure the day-to-day operation of the bar runs brilliantly every day. That means having high standards for health & safety, culture, hospitality and inspiring & educating the team around you to make sure every guest that leaves the restaurant has the best experience possible.
