Join the Dream Team at Dreamland Margate – We’re Hiring a Barista!

Are you passionate about great coffee, top-tier customer service, and working in a vibrant, fun-filled environment? Dreamland Margate is looking for enthusiastic Baristas to join our team and help bring a little extra magic to every cup.

Contract: Seasonal and part-time roles available

Pay: Competitive hourly rate + staff perks

What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing and serving high-quality hot and cold drinks with care and consistency
• Offering friendly, upbeat service to all our guests – making every interaction count
• Maintaining a clean and welcoming coffee area, in line with health and safety standards
• Supporting your team with stock, cleaning, and daily checks to keep things running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for coffee and delivering outstanding service
• Previous barista or hospitality experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Working Hours

Dreamland offers a variety of shifts Monday – Sunday across the summer to cover park days and events. Shifts will range from 09:00 to 18:00, depending on events and school holidays, with the park open 7 days during peak times.

Uniform and Parking

Black top (no logos), dark bottoms or jeans (no rips). Trainers are fine. Parking is free in surrounding streets about a 5-10 minute walk away. The Dreamland Carpark is available at a cost from £1.50 to £9.00 depending on shift length.

Skills and Qualifications

Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not essential — full training will be provided. We value great communication, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
