Red Lion Coffee is a specialty coffee shop in the City of London. We serve specialty coffee in different forms including batch brew, pour over, cold brew, and espresso. We are known for having some of the best people in the industry and for serving very good quality coffee.

Position: FOH Barista

We’re looking for someone to join the team in a FOH Barista role. You don’t need any coffee experience (we will provide training) but you might have the following qualities:

1. You love working in fast-paced coffee shop type environments
2. You love people
3. You love coffee and food in general
4. It’s great if you have specifically related skills. However, if you don’t, but you’re awesome, apply anyway and we’ll provide on-the-job training. We think who you are is more important than how good you are at pulling shots or latte art (We are very good at that too, of course).
5. It’s possible you might want to move up in the coffee industry towards management or owning your own shop one day
