Job summary

Scoffs Group Ltd is seeking a Barista Maestro (Team Leader) to lead a warm, busy Costa Coffee counter and inspire the team with great hospitality. You’ll craft quality coffee, manage shifts, and ensure customers receive standout service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; attitude and willingness to learn.
• Comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft consistently great coffee with skill and care.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Lead by example and support your team to meet brand standards.
• Take responsibility when Store Manager or Assistant Manager isn’t present.
• Manage stock, assist with deliveries, and maintain store hygiene.
• Build a team culture where everyone feels supported and proud.
