Team Leader (Barista Maestro)

Role Overview

Starting pay of £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, increasing with training to £12.83-13.83 depending on store location.

As a Barista Maestro, you'll gain leadership responsibilities, accountability, and autonomy. You will be involved in daily operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and more, all while creating uplifting experiences for customers and motivating your team.

Responsibilities

1. Leading shifts to support team delivering excellent customer experiences
2. Maximizing sales through talent utilization
3. Training and accrediting new Baristas
4. Learning and sharing new recipes and ranges
5. Maintaining high standards in quality and service

About You
