About the Role

Starting pay of £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, increasing with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location). As a Barista Maestro, you'll gain leadership responsibilities, accountability, and autonomy. Your tasks include daily operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and more. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service and motivating your team.

Responsibilities

1. Leading shifts to support team members in delivering exceptional experiences
2. Maximizing sales by leveraging team talents
3. Training and certifying new Baristas
4. Learning and sharing new recipes and product ranges
5. Maintaining high standards of quality and service

About You

Beyond a passion for coffee and people, you should have:

2. Leadership experience in a busy environment
