Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the store team on busy shifts. You will train Baristas, drive coffee excellence and ensure top service at all times.

Lead with clear communication, stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing needs. Previous team leadership is preferred; flexible shifts are available, and a 50% discount on Costa foods and drinks is included.
