Job summary

Costa Coffee is looking for a Team Leader to bring energy, confidence and support to every shift, with flexible shifts to fit you and the store.

You’ll train and motivate your team, uphold high standards of service and coffee excellence, and use resourcefulness to keep the store running smoothly. Costa’s diverse culture supports your growth, with a 50% discount on food and drink in Costa-owned stores.
