Team Leader (Barista Maestro)

A bit about the role

Starting pay of £12.33 – 13.33 per hour, rising with training to £12.83-13.83 (dependent on store location).

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll have your first taste of leadership responsibility, accountability, and autonomy. You’ll be involved in day-to-day operations, stock management, health & safety, store marketing, and other activities. Your focus will be on creating uplifting experiences for customers and inspiring your team to prioritize excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading shifts to support your team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
2. Utilizing team talents to maximize sales.
3. Training and accrediting new Baristas.
4. Learning and sharing new recipes and ranges.
5. Maintaining high standards of quality and service.

A bit about you

We’re looking for someone with a passion for coffee and people, reliability, leadership experience, a desire to share responsibility, and a proactive, flexible attitude.
