Job summary

Costa Coffee Taunton Fore Street is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift. This 30-hour-per-week role offers flexibility and the chance to lead a great team while delivering excellent coffee and service.

You’ll train and support new Baristas, maintain high standards of coffee excellence, and use resourcefulness to keep the store running smoothly. We value reliability, positivity and strong communication.
