Job summary

Costa Coffee in Burton upon Trent is seeking a Team Leader to energise and support the shift team, maintaining high service and coffee excellence. You’ll help train new Baristas and ensure smooth operation throughout each shift.

We value reliability, leadership, and strong communication as you guide the team through busy periods, adapting to changing needs while keeping a friendly, welcoming store environment.
