Job summary

Costa Coffee in the UK is seeking a Team Leader to oversee shifts, train and support Baristas, and energise the team to deliver great service and coffee excellence.

You’ll lead with reliability and clear communication, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to the flow of busy periods while upholding Costa standards and the welcoming store culture.

This role offers location-dependent hourly pay of £13.75–£14.75 and benefits such as staff discounts, pension and share schemes.
